Valve Manifolds

Valve manifolds are manufactured in three basic forms, Viz:2 valve manifolds, 3 valve manifolds and 5 valve manifolds. These are compact assemblies and replace piping manifolds which occupy lot of space, use good amount of pipe fittings and require lot of labour and time for installation.

Valve manifolds are rugged in construction and withstand high pressure and temperature.

Main block of the valve manifolds is forged and heat treated as per ASTM A105/ A182 F304 / F316. Carbon steel manifolds are provided with AISI 410 SS stem as standard and SS manifolds are provided with AISI 316 SS stem. Other trim combinations can be provided on request.

The valves of the manifolds are provided with teflon packing as standard. Other packings can be provided on request.

The valve manifolds are individually tested for leakage at pressure as high as 9000 PSI.

'T' TypeTwo Valve Manifold

T Type two valve manifold is directly mounted on transmitter with 1 No. Teflon gasket & 2 Nos. mounting bolts.

'R' Type Two Valve Manifold

These are designed to act as shut off and bleed valves. Connections are 1/2 inch NPT (F) as standard but other size and type of threads can be provided on request . These manifolds can be used on differential pressure gauges. switches or pressure gauges . This manifold replaces conventional installation using shut off valve , Tee , Calibration/ bleed valve and associated tubing /piping & Fittings.

Block Type / 'R' Type Three Valve Manifold

This is made from a solid block without any flanges. It can be mounted remotely with the help of pipe nipples or tubing connection. It has two shut off valves and one equalising valve. Process and transmitter side connections are at a centre distance of 2 1/8 inches(54mm). Two Nos 1/4 inch NPT (F) drain connections with plugs are provided as standard.

'H' Type Three Valve Manifold

The 3 valve manifold is provided with flanges on both the sides for mounting directly on to the D.P. transmitter having 2 1/8 inches (54mm) centre to centre connections. The oval shaped flanges supplied with the D.P. transmitter are used on process side for piping connection . This model is supplied complete with 4 Nos mounting bolts and tow Nos teflon gaskets . Two Nos. 1/4 inches NPT (F) drain connections with plugs are provided as standard.

'T' Type Five Valve Manifold

We manufacture Five Valve Manifold Direct Mounting T Type that are designed for connecting system impulse lines and transmitters. These are offered to the clients with 1/2 NPT Female connections on 54 mm (2-1/8 inches) centers to go well with the inlet connection. Further, our range of Five - Valve Manifold Direct Mounting T Type is available to the clients with two instrument isolating valves, two equalizer valves and one bleed valve. The other option may be two isolation valves,two drain valves and one equalising valve.
