Valve manifolds are manufactured in three basic forms, Viz:2 valve manifolds, 3 valve manifolds and 5 valve manifolds. These are compact assemblies and replace piping manifolds which occupy lot of space, use good amount of pipe fittings and require lot of labour and time for installation.

 

Valve manifolds are rugged in construction and withstand high pressure and temperature.

 

Main block of the valve manifolds is forged and heat treated as per ASTM A105/ A182 F304 / F316. Carbon steel manifolds are provided with AISI 410 SS stem as standard and SS manifolds are provided with AISI 316 SS stem. Other trim combinations can be provided on request.

 

The valves of the manifolds are provided with teflon packing as standard. Other packings can be provided on request.

 

The valve manifolds are individually tested for leakage at pressure as high as 9000 PSI.

Square locked looses wound steel flexible hoses are strip wound hose products which are designed to have extra flexibility. The configuration has high extension or compression. That facilitates installation between fixed connections. Designed or our for wiring cables and non-metallic tubing. A compact cross section profile provide a large hose. Packed construction which is moisture resistant is available with a choice of three packing materials i.e. cotton, synthetic fiber & Buna N. depend on source temperature.
The standard product is made from galvanized mild steel but can be made from stainless steel, bronze or aluminum. For liquid tight applications, hose can be coated with a PVC external coating is black or blue colour.
Unpacked configurations should be use after dry applications requiring mechanical protection only. Packed configurations are not liquid ligst but may be used where moisture is required coated hose must be installed to packed against water, oil, greaze, fumes and chemicals.

Packed & Unpacked of Interlocked & metal hoses in galvanized steel & stainless steel:

Strip round interlocked hoses are made from hot dipped galvanized carbon steel and type 30 & stainless steel. There are six different gauge thicknesses to choose from depending on the severity of service.
These can be tasted without unraveling eight sufficient packing materials are available depending on service transpiration i.e. cotton, synthetic fiber, Buna N., Silicone, Vinge, food grade vinge, stainless steel wire & copper wire.
